  Soooooo I own a dream car and have checked off a item on my bucket list because of the immensely helpful, experienced, and friendly team at Spruceland Ford. I was saved from having made a mistake in purchasing my first vehicle from a sketchy dealership (just ask Cheri) by Cheri and Marsha. I have never felt more at peace buying a vehicle, and I mean with the upmost sincerity and honesty that the guys and girls at Spruceland Ford hooked me up by setting me up for winter too! Unreal customer service too. The face of the company are the sales associate and I could not be more happy with Cheri and Marsha, even the service team cracking jokes with each other and myself as well. It almost feels like a second home even tho I was only there for several hours. I'm a Ford person for life now. Anyways gonna go have fun in my new Mustang and live life!

  The sales team are good to work with, if you have any questions or concerns with anything they will not hesitate to explain anything to you. They are very upfront about everything, unlike other dealerships that will try to take every dollar that they can from you. They care about their customer base, and overall are a great dealership. Thanks again Spruceland ford, you have helped me get into something I love to drive, and had a good experience doing it. Well done.

  Well Spruceland asked me to review online so here it is. I was disappointed with the service response when we had multiple trucks with leaking head gaskets and were told that the issue arose from idling the trucks too long. The trucks are idled for five to ten minutes in the mornings during the winter (they shut off after 10minutes on the command start), if that is excessive idling there is something seriously wrong with the 5.0L engine. This is a close to $5,000 fix per side and about $8,000 if both sides are done at once. I would have expected them to talk to Ford about a recall on the engine or a discount on the repair when multiple trucks come in with the exact same issue. Warranty covers if
