  Over tightened my drain plug and now it will not come off. We had all of our oil changes there and when we went last with our jeep they could not get it off and striped it. They asked who did it last and I informed them that they did.

  Not great access didn't have filters in stock for my vehicle pushy staff always tryiing to up sell you and there is no benefit to a flush I don't want one and I don't want your overpriced wipers !!!!

  My mistake was leaving and not dealing with it then as we were moving and I figured the next place would just need an extractor socket. Needless to say it will not come off with an extractor and impact gun.

  Of course they take no responsibility and will not warranty the repairs to get it off. Further I was informed they have no insurance for this.

  Ok service, windows were not done neither was vacuuming even though on the invoice it said it was. Couldn't understand my questions regarding others services they offered. Not sure if I'll go back.

  Overfilled my oil by a substantial amount, litterly only did oil change and nothing else that is supposed to be offered with price. Drove over 1k before I realized. Complete garbage service on their part.
