  The lady that owns this inn is an absolute doll. She is so super friendly and accommodating. The price was exceptional and the rooms were clean. She cooked a thanksgiving supper for the guests which i thought was very kind.

  Traveling 12 HR days ugly weather and this place was a breath of fresh air. We checked in to another hotel same price same street...Their room was so nasty we asked for a refund and drove a few doors down to Cloud 9 and found clean wonderful clean. Slept very well and went for free breakfast. The offering were excellent and freely refilled. This is one of the best motels of it type I've stayed in.

  The staff and service at the hotel was incredible. The hospitality and overall service is truly a rare gem to experience in Alberta or anywhere else for that matter. I would highly recommend staying at the Cloud 9 Inn while in Whitecourt!

  Better than the ramada for service!!! We showed up in white court at 2 am found this place, great service from front desk, for the price we were honestly expecting a dive. Rooms were clean, everything was great especially for a family who has been travelling for a long period of time. Bed was comfortable and the next day we went to have the free breakfast that is offered with the room. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman at the door and had a great warm buffet breakfast. My son got waffles to order and everyone was so friendly. If they had these hotels everywhere we would def stay again. Better than most of the hotels we have stayed at for dbl and triple the price :)
