  I have two very young children (6m and 18m) and the very nice lady at the front desk made sure that I had a room to fit two cribs. I also had a dog that needed accomadation. When I got to the room it was very clean, very well kept and welcoming. Not only that but Kandie also called and asked if everything was okay and if everything fit (since I have a ton of stuff with the two babies PLUS my dog). I really appreciate this it's going above and beyond what is expected. Lots of room for the babies and lots of fields to take the pup for a walk. So thank you for making my experience a great one! The breakfast, the hotel, the rooms and especially the service are all exceptional!! Will recommend all around! This will always be my go to hotel in Whitecourt!

  Was in Whitecourt for work for 8 days. Fantastic hotel, rooms are very nice, the Wifi was very reliable and worked throughout the whole hotel, beds are super comfortable, hot tub was great after a long day. And of course the staff were very friendly and great at facilitating my requests. Only improvement would be to have a slightly bigger gym with better equipment, it was quite cramped in there.

  Very pet friendly. Gave my dogs treats and asked they were doing. Pretty rare from what i have seen.

  Clean and tidy rooms with nice fixtures. Clean smell and appearance. Comfortable beds. Pretty neat breakfast buffet with an automatic pancake maker. Good service. No complaints.

  The fastest place to get checked in. Beautiful rooms and great continental breakfast. Warm cinnamon buns!
