  I love DQ, us as seniors can enjoy a meal for a price we can afford on a fixed income. We go there once a month as a treat. So far we've only meant friendly staff.

  I went in, ordered, and paid for my food, all was good, until I went up to get my food. I showed them my number, it matched, but then they tried to grab my receipt. I (needing to write off this lunch) said "no, I need that.", long story short I had to remind them that it's illegal to not give me a receipt and if they are unable to comply, I would need a full refund. So I guess I'd say the staff are a bit undertrained in consumer rights...

  Ripped my receipt out of my hand crumpled it up threw in in the garbage. I told the manager I needed a receipt to write off the lunch. The manager then turned grabbed my ripped up, crumpled receipt from the trash can and handed it back to me. I cannot even begin to explain how this ended! YOU ARE SERVING FOOD!

  Our order got mixed up. The kids meals came with the wrong sides and the bananas were very overripe. On the upside, the service was quick, they gladly changed the order and the place wasn't overfull. So I'd say average for a dairy Queen.

  I get a cookie dough blizzard every time I go, and this is the ONLY Dairy Queen in the world that skimps on the "Stuff". Seriously I got a medium and it had THREE pieces. (That's about 12-18 pieces less than other restaurants)
