  From the start, Jim made sure that I was making choices that were best for me and my future. He went out of his way, despite his busy schedule, to show me around and send me type rating exams to better prepare me. Throughout the entire process Jim stayed in constant contact and made it clear that he really cares about the industry and the people in it.
